Ozone free technology for safe and continuous operation

Safety is a prerequisite in EKOION's design. Our ionization tubes are designed to generate a controlled amount of negative ions without producing high levels of ozone as a by-product. This allows safe use in all types of professional environments, around the clock. The technology effectively neutralizes airborne bacteria and unwanted fragrances without risk to humans, animals or sensitive equipment.

Maximize plant efficiency

By using the Ekoion ionization tube, you ensure that the system performs efficiently. Corrosive gases and particles break down at source, providing direct protection for both the building and the machinery fleet:

• Secured power: The system retains its full ability to neutralize gases, odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) as well as airborne bacteria and mold spores, etc.
• Original quality: Proprietary ionization tubes
• Long-term effectiveness: Minimizes the risk of unplanned downtime and ensures stable air quality over time.

Maintenance and circular sustainability

The unit is designed for continuous operation with minimal hand strain.

• Service interval: To maintain full function, the ionization tube should be cleaned every 6 months or approximately 4,250 operating hours. The ionization tube should be replaced every 12 months or approximately 8,500 operating hours.
• Ease of care: When replacing pipes, cleaning the fan, supplied fan filter or valve grille is also recommended. See more in the product manual.
• Recycling: The ionization tubes are 100% recyclable. Old pipes are thrown away in recycling centers.
