Sella — Active air purification for integration into ventilation systems

EKOion Sella is designed for easy installation on ventilation ducts and ventilation units. Active air purification directly into the air stream ensures high air quality throughout the plant without the need for space-consuming installations.

Seamless retrofit to existing infrastructure

Many properties are in need of improved air purification but lack space for large units. The Sella are mounted directly on the outside of the ventilation duct or ventilation unit, making them the optimal solution for upgrading existing systems. By treating the air in the duct, the active purification is effectively distributed to all connected rooms, providing an even and controlled air environment throughout the building.

Comprehensive protection against odors and microorganisms

By integrating Sella into the property's air care, proactive protection against pollutants spread is achieved. The system works quietly and efficiently to preserve the standard of the plant:

• Effective odor control: Neutralizes matosis, chemical vapors and other odors directly in through the duct system.
• Reduced microbial pressure: Breaks down airborne bacteria and mold spores, contributing to a healthier indoor climate for everyone staying in the property.
• Minimal air resistance: The installation does not affect the pressure drop in the ventilation system, which means that the energy consumption of the fans remains unchanged.

Maintenance and circular sustainability

The unit is designed for continuous operation with minimal hand strain.

• Service interval: To maintain full function, the ionization tube should be cleaned every 6 months or approximately 4,250 operating hours. The ionization tube should be replaced every 12 months or approximately 8,500 operating hours.
• Ease of care: When replacing pipes, cleaning the fan, supplied fan filter or valve grille is also recommended. See more in the product manual.
• Recycling: The ionization tubes are 100% recyclable. Old pipes are thrown away in recycling centers.
